Career - Overview

At The RAC I work within the Acquisition engineering team building and optimising high-volume ecommerce systems used across RAC’s primary customer journeys. I’ve led development of consumer and B2B platforms integrating analytics, pricing logic and enterprise services to drive measurable revenue impact. Alongside feature delivery, I’ve contributed to modernising legacy systems and embedding faster CI/CD-driven development workflows.

At Forth, a health-tech company focused on home blood testing, I helped build applications that turn complex biomarker data into actionable health insights for users and practitioners. I developed both consumer and B2B platforms, including an analytics system used by private GPs to manage patient tests and track results over time. My work spanned React, PHP, SQL and AWS infrastructure.

At BAE Systems I developed enterprise monitoring systems used by the Royal Navy to track ship maintenance and operational readiness. Working within an agile team, I built dashboards integrating multiple operational data sources and contributed to a proof-of-concept that secured further project funding. The role involved delivering mission-critical systems and communicating technical solutions to senior leadership.
